Our Story

 

We began as a traditional law firm. We grew as curious professionals. Today, we are a team that combines the solidity of experience with the power of innovation. Our path has not been one of chasing trends, but of observing, studying, and choosing consciously. We integrated artificial intelligence into our legal practice not because it was new, but because over twenty years of work in the field have clearly shown us where technology can truly make a difference and where, instead, the professional's judgment remains irreplaceable.

HumanAIgo, as Data Controller, wishes to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "GDPR") and the applicable Privacy Code, including the individual provisions of the supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), that the personal data provided by you in the Contact Request Form will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current privacy legislation and on the basis of what is set forth in this privacy notice.

Type of Data Processed

HumanAIgo will process the following data:

  • Ordinary personal data as defined in Article 4(1) of the GDPR: first name and last name, email address.

 

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

HumanAIgo will process your personal data for the following purpose:

  • To be contacted by one of our consultants.

The provision of the data indicated in this Form is necessary to enable us to contact you back; failure to provide such data will make it impossible for us to follow up on your request.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in this paragraph is necessary, and failure to provide it will result in our inability to contact you.

Methods of Processing Personal Data

 

Personal data will be processed, in compliance with applicable legislation and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality, manually, by automated means, and/or through IT and telematic tools, using methods strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with current regulations and the principles applicable to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR.

 

Categories of Third Parties to Whom the Data May Be Disclosed as Data Controllers or Who May Become Aware of It as Data Processors

 

Your data may be made accessible and communicated for the purposes described above to:
a) Employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons

authorized to process data and/or system administrators;

b) Third-party companies or other entities falling within the following categories:

  • IT service companies.

 

Retention Period of Personal Data

HumanAIgo retains personal data in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity for the time provided by company policies and, in any case, for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected or subsequently processed, as well as for the period required by law for administrative purposes, management of any complaints/litigation, or criminal purposes.

 

Transfer of Personal Data

HumanAIgo does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services, in which case the service providers will be selected from among those that provide adequate safeguards, as provided for in Article 46 of the GDPR.

 

Rights of the Data Subject

In your capacity as a data subject, in relation to the processing described herein, you may exercise the rights provided for by the Regulation (Articles 15–22), including:

  • To obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and access to their content (right of access);

  • To update, amend, and/or correct your personal data (right to rectification);

  • To request the erasure or restriction of processing of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to restriction of processing);

  • To object to processing (right to object);

  • To withdraw consent, where given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal;

  • To lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event of a breach of data protection regulations;

  • To receive a copy of the data concerning you in electronic format and to request that such data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).

To exercise your rights and to withdraw your consent, you may send a communication to the email address info@humanigo.it, indicating "Request for Withdrawal of Consent" in the subject line.
